Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the internet. Most of our products are sold by weight and therefore online cost quoted should only be used as a guide. Once we send out your goods, the exact cost will be calculated and charged.
When you receive confirmation of your order, this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this clause to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling We despatch by Courier 24hr delivery to England, Wales and parts of Scotland.

Postage on orders up £150.00 is £9.99 inc VAT.
Postage on orders over £150 is free.
Maximum single order weight is 15 kg.
Delivery Schedule We operate the following schedule:
Subject to availability, meat orders received Tuesday to Thursday before 10am will be prepared and dispatched the same day and will arrive at your address the following day. Orders received after 10am will be treated as an order received the following day.
Subject to availability, orders received Friday to Monday will be prepared and despatched the following Tuesday and will arrive at your address on Wednesday.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we can back order for you if you so request.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
